Your Privacy is Our Priority
We take your privacy seriously. Here’s how we protect you: We do not misuse, sell, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or unknown entities. To ensure transparency and safety on our platform,
we display essential details such as the fundraiser’s name, contact number, hospital number, and other necessary information—but only for active campaigns. This helps verify the authenticity of each case and protect the rights of both donors and fundraisers. We are highly cautious and respectful when handling this sensitive data.
We only ask for necessary permissions, such as location, to provide services that are relevant to you.All personal and financial information is encrypted and stored securely. All personal and financial information is encrypted and stored securely.Completed campaigns automatically hide some sensitive data and only display limited details—such as the fundraiser’s name or the amount raised—to motivate others while ensuring your data is not unnecessarily exposed after the campaign ends.We maintain regular security checks and updates to protect your information from threats.
Why We Collect Certain Information
To protect both donors and the integrity of fundraising campaigns, we request the following information:Patient Details: To verify medical needs and protect against false claims. Hospital Details: To ensure donations go directly to hospitals for bill payments. Financial Details: To confirm the legitimacy of the campaign and assist donors in making informed decisions. Location: To match users with campaigns and support services near them. This information helps prevent fraud and builds trust with our community of donors.
Donation Transparency
We are not like traditional fundraising platforms that hold donations in their system. 100% of the donations go directly to the hospital’s bank account for the patient’s medical bills. You don’t need to worry about fund misuse—we ensure a transparent and trackable flow of funds.
Campaign Management Rules To ensure donor trust and platform integrity, we’ve set clear rules: Once a campaign earns more than 1% of its goal, it cannot be deleted. If a campaign reaches 10% or more, it can no longer be edited. This avoids confusion and protects donors from sudden changes. Campaigns are hidden after they end, ensuring completed cases don’t crowd the platform. If a campaign needs to be modified due to mistakes before donations start, you can contact our support team for help.
Your Rights as a User
We support your right to: Access and review the data you have submitted. Edit or update your account and profile details (as long as your campaign hasn’t reached 10% fundraising). Request data deletion (if your campaign hasn’t yet started receiving donations). Receive answers and assistance from our support team regarding your data and account. We are committed to being a people-first platform that listens and improves.

⚠️ Community Responsibility & Donation Awareness
At FundSharing, we rely on the strength of our community to keep the platform safe, transparent, and trustworthy. Please read the following carefully before making a donation:
Do not submit fake campaigns or false reports. Doing so may lead to account suspension or permanent bans.
Donors must take responsibility for verifying the details of the campaign before donating. Always:
Call the hospital using the contact number provided.
If the hospital is nearby, visit in person to confirm patient details.
Ask about the patient’s current balance (paid vs. remaining).
In some cases, the patient may also be the fundraiser or may be hospitalized or critically ill—so direct contact might not be possible. Please consider such situations with understanding.
Sadly, in rare cases, the patient may pass away during the campaign. Even if that happens, the campaign might still be active for pending bills. Transferring donations after such a scenario is your personal decision and risk.
If the community reports that a campaign is invalid (e.g., the patient was discharged or bills were already cleared), our system may still show it as “verified” based on hospital transactions—but the community’s flag can override the display.
Once a campaign is delisted, we cannot trace how the hospital used the funds, especially if they were withdrawn by the family. In such cases, your donation is considered used but may not be verifiable by us anymore.
Your caution, cross-checking, and community feedback help keep FundSharing honest, safe, and impactful.
